Hello Placer Chapter!

Welcome to the Women’s Council of Realtors of Placer County website.  We have a thrilling year planned for 2011.  Included will be top notch speakers to enhance your knowledge, networking and mingling to create fun and business, wonderful events such as Jazz and Wine Under the Stars to create joy and enhance your business contact relationships, small delightful events such as wine/appetizer events at a local restaurant and interesting excursions such as eating at a Moroccan restaurant.

WCR was created in 1938 by a group of women to aid in equal pay for women  in real estate and to create a netwok to grow business and knowledge.  Although the organization was initially created by women, it is open to everyone now. The average WCR real estate agent makes many times over the “average” realtor in the U.S. today.  We are a network of real estate professionals who want to grow our businesses while having a good time doing it.  Please consider coming to our events so you too can grow your business and enjoy the comradery of real estate professionals working and playing  together.

In conclusion, come join the fun, come join the comradery, come hone your craft, come get new referrals and come find out why the Women’s Council of REALTORS is one of the largest, primarily women’s organization,  in the country.  We look forward to seeing you soon!
